This smoothie recipe is inspired by my children's book: "Ayomide and Seyi's Kitchen: A kids' guide to plant-based nutrition from A to Z" and is perfect for all ages. The recipe includes
a combination of FIVE different fruits and veggies. It also checks the box of helping you hit a goal of at least five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Oh, and did I mention it's super simple and tasty! If you try it, let me know what you think.

1 cup spinach
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 ripe banana
2 cups Water
