Membership

 Nurture Well Center sees patients with or without insurance but does not accept any insurance or third-party payments. Patients sign up for a monthly membership plan that allows for greater value and flexibility. The membership model keeps any third parties from influencing the doctor-patient relationship. To avoid the challenges of insurance and administration, physicians partner with patients and provide care with membership-style pricing.

 

We recommended that patients carry a minimum of catastrophic insurance or high deductible insurance for unexpected healthcare events - including urgent care, emergency room visits and higher level specialty care. All other primary care needs can be addressed through your membership with Nurture Well Center. 

Business Owners

Are you a small business?  We LOVE providing care for small business owners. Direct Primary Care is a great option for you. Convenient and accessible so that YOU have the extra time to make sure your business runs smoothly. We have 3 employee plans to chose from: Standard Membership , annual exam with labs, or employee wellness nutrition plans. Call the office 206 408 1893 or schedule a meet and greet to learn more.

  • Pediatric Membership: 0 to 12 years of age - $50/month WITH an adult membership ( Note: Our pediatric practice is full at this time)

  • Adolescent Membership: 13 to 18 years of age $195/month           (Note: Our adolescent practice is full at this time)

  • Adult Membership:  19 years of age and up -  $195/month, two adults on the same membership plan $365/month ($25 savings)

 

ADULT MEMBERSHIP includes 25% off all supplements on Fullscript website ,weight loss management , and lifestyle medicine health coaching.

Financial Hardship

We are at capacity for sponsored memberships at this time.

We have an active waitlist for discounted sponsored memberships in order to do our part to ensure that EVERYONE has access to direct primary care. Monies applied toward sponsored memberships will allow for reduced cost/free memberships for eligible patients. Please call us to either sponsor a member or request to be sponsored. You can also click here to make a one time donation towards sponsoring a membership. You do not have to be a member to donate. No amount is too small and we sincerely appreciate your consideration. Note: sponsorships are not tax deductible donations.
