Dr. T's Eggless Nog

Eggnog has been my fav since I was a kid. In recent years, I've made a conscious effort to avoid eggs so I have switched to store bough vegan "nogs". I found it hard to find one that I liked so .... I made my own :). You too will love this recipe -- it's so so good AND super easy to make.


  • 3 cups Macadamia Nut Milk ( can swap out for coconut milk)

  • 1 cup Coconut Cream

  • ½ cup Raw Cashews

  • ½ cup Coconut Sugar

  • 1 tsp Bourbon Vanilla Extract

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

  • ½ tsp Nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric


Blend all ingredients until smooth. Then pour into a saucepan and heat whisking until the contents simmer. You will notice the liquid start to thicken. Remove from heat , cover and let stand for a few minutes. Transfer to a container and let chill in the fridge for a few hours. Once chilled, shake and serve -- adding cinnamon once poured (optional)
