Dr. T's Boosted Pumpkin Smoothie

I LOVE FALL and alllllllllllllll things pumpkin! I hope you enjoy this super easy smoothie as much as I do.


  • 1/2 ripe frozen banana

  • 3 cups dairy - free milk

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 scoop Pumpkin Seed Protein powder ( I like the Omega Nutrition brand)


Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can choose to boost with pumpkin seed powder OR not. The recipe is yummy either way :). Fun fact: Pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein!
