I LOVE FALL and alllllllllllllll things pumpkin! I hope you enjoy this super easy smoothie as much as I do.
Ingredients
1/2 ripe frozen banana
3 cups dairy - free milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop Pumpkin Seed Protein powder ( I like the Omega Nutrition brand)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can choose to boost with pumpkin seed powder OR not. The recipe is yummy either way :). Fun fact: Pumpkin seeds are a great source of protein!
