Ingredients
1 can of chickpeas, opt for low sodium , rinse beans then drain
1 cup of fresh spinach
2 teaspoons Habanero sauce ( can use Jalepeno sauce if this is easier for you to find or a Jalepeno pepper)
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
1teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
¼ cup water
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together, adjust water if needed. Take your time to really blend everything well! Ready to eat. Pairs well on toast, with whole wheat chips, carrot sticks, bell peppers, and inside wraps. The options are limitless!
