2 inch piece of ginger (about the size of your palm), thinly sliced
1 lemons, sliced , for garnish
2 tea bags of your choice of Ashwagandha Tea (I used the Turmeric Ashwagandha tea blend by Vahdam)
1 inch piece of turmeric thinly sliced ( can substitute with Turmeric powder about 1/8 teaspoon)
1 can/bottle of Ginger beer of your choice (I used Zevia Mixer Ginger Beer)
In a one quart jar, combine the ginger and turmeric. Add the tea bags and fill the jar with boiling water. Let sit for 30 minutes. When ready to serve, strain the mixture, keeping the liquid only. Fill about 75% of a glass with the tea mixture and top off with ginger beer to fill the glass. Garnish with a sliced lemon and add ice ,if desired.
